PLEASE NOTE: Due to a severe funding shortage and reduced staff hours, we are currently restructuring our mentoring program and are unable to process any new applications at this time. You are welcome to complete and return an application, but please understand that it may be several months before you are fully enrolled in the program and matched with a child. We understand that this may be frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We greatly appreciate your interest in becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister. We plan to resume enrollment as soon as possible!
Becoming a Big:
Step 1 - Read introductory letter and complete written application.

Step 2 - An Enrollment/Match Support Specialist will contact you when your application is ready to be processed and will schedule an in-person interview. This interview will also include your first official training.
Step 3 - Submit to fingerprinting and background check.
Step 4 - An Enrollment/Match Support Specialist will evaluate your application and notify you of acceptance or non-acceptance into the program.
Step 5 - If you are accepted to become a Big, you will be matched with a child who is deemed compatible with you based on location, interests, and unique challenges.
